Hotel is good (given rest of mumbai hotels in same budget).
But they don't allow you to pay via Oyo and compulsory decline your booking if you pay via OYO. You need to come at the hotel and pay.
They have their own rules for allowing guests which are different from OYO rules. When we reached, there were 3-4 different set of guests sitting there which were not allowed to check in. Local ids are not accepted here. Call and ask them before paying them a single penny, they won't refund you and OYO customer service won't help you either.
TV, AC were working, the room in which we stayed had window.
In terms of other facilities - They only had 5rs soap in bathroom rest nothing present.
If you're looking for hotel in same area, you can prefer Zostel - it's 400m from this place. They also have private rooms (but at slightly higher price), but it's a good place.
It's a budget friendly hotel rooms are very small the front desk is good not very welcoming.The room has huge window but has no lock. So sleeping at night was a concern as I was traveling alone.So I shifted the cupboard to the window and slept.
The room had no electric kettle .
Overall a decent place.

A Family Budgeted Hotel in Marol, Andheri East.
With Good Connectivity of Metro & From OLA or Uber.
They also have some Tasty Food in Good Price.
Also they allowed Online Delivery from Outside.
The price of stay in hotel is little high as compare to the Rooms they provide.
Located in good location very close to international airport. It is like service apartment. Staff service is good but rooms are very congested. It is very hard to notice in running traffic. They keep rooms clean. It is good for singles but not recommended for family.

On the costlier side ( i guess its valued according to the mumbai city but a guy who’s from other state definitely feels like its a huge hole in the pocket)
No in house kitchen leads you to order from the partnered restro which is very bad, specially the boneless chicken and the maida roti they give with it , order from somewhere else by zomato or swiggy
A lot of mosquitoes and no solid solution
No latches outside bathroom,broken or needs repair
Ac underperform due to some reason idk
Conclusion- overall its a good place, you can definitely book here if you have good budget and everything is not perfect yet manageable
But it feels that for this pricing they should be providing more. If you dont find any better options go for this one it wont disappoint.
Congested rooms with mediocre facilities. First of all it's very difficult to spot the hotel from main road, it almost took me 10 minutes to figure the location of the hotel as their main lobby is hidden in the second floor. I booked this one through Oyo but the hotels main entry was marked as Fab hotel. ( Dont know why)
All the staffs are very good, but the property itself has lots of cons so that we will start to feel like we were in a third class lodge. I have booked for 2 days but had to check out on the first day of stay as, rooms were very untidy and tiny along with mosquitoe's company.
Receptionist is only speaking to me in Hindi which I a cannot understand.
